Prediction Interpretation

usDSM (v1.0): usDSM provides tab-separated outputs for each synonymous mutation, including chr, pos, id, ref, alt, predictive score and predictive class. The predictive score between 0 and 1, with the highest score indicating the most deleterious synonymous variant and the lowest score the synonymous more benign variant. 0.5 is the threshold value, If the disease-causing probability ≥ 0.5, this mutation is deleterious and the predictive class would label “deleterious”, otherwise, the predictive class would label “benign”.
Note that the webserver will return ‘No data available in table’, if the upload mutations are missing in the pre-computed file.
